Slice the 1kg or 5kg soap block into uniform $1\text{ to }2\text{ cm}$ cubes. Uniform sizes ensure even melting without scorching. 2.Melt Gently:Low heat required. Place the cubes in a glass container. Heat in a microwave using 30-second intervals at 50% power, or melt slowly in a double boiler. Stir gently between heatings—do not boil or stir aggressively, as this creates micro-bubbles that destroy clarity. 3.Add Extras:At 60°C - 65°C. Let the melted liquid cool slightly to around $60^\circ\text{C}$. Gently mix in your cosmetic-grade liquid colors, micas, or fragrance oils (up to 2–3% by weight). 4.Pour & De-Bubble:Final setting. Pour slowly into your silicone molds. Immediately spray the surface light-handedly with 91%+ Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol to instantly pop any surface bubbles. 5.Set & Wrap:1 to 2 hours. Allow the bars to harden completely at room temperature. Pop out of molds and wrap immediately in plastic shrink wrap to prevent glycerine "sweating" (glycerine naturally attracts moisture from ambient humidity).
